Hey everybody who’s anybody. I am making this post to officially say that I am no longer posting in this blog. Well I might if something worth ranting about comes up like Tobi’s jacked up back-story or if I want to write another Anime vs. Manga post.

The Ultimate Spoiler Attack Facebook page has been up for a while for a few people to stay updated for my blog posts. I will now use this page to have mini-rants when my favorite mangas update with a provided link. I will also be now using it to post my manga/anime screenshots that I extensively collect.

It’s obvious I have too many of these. I will allow posting on this page so others can share, too! SHARE YOUR FAVORITE ANIME AND MANGA SCREENSHOTS.

I usually take the ones of humorous aspect, but you make share your favorite heartwarming scenes as well.
And don’t worry about spoilers. This name is ULTIMATE SPOILER ATTACK for that sole reason. Spoil away!

I don’t know where this will be heading. It might explode to be some meme page, it might just be just me posting pictures all alone forever. Whatever happens, it will be fun. :)

Images appeared in this post by order: Defense Devil, Naruto Shippuden Movie: Blood Prison, Yotsuba&!, GaiaOnline, and Bleach

#203 Tracking Back to be Back on Track

Posted in Avatar: The Legend of Korra on April 23, 2012 by Lee T

My life has been thrown off balance once again and I guess posting is probably the last thing I wanted to do… I need to get my life back on schedule and blogging is the one thing that keeps me back on track. I was actually in the middle of making a blog for Naruto chapter 581… but it never happened!

Okay! First order of business:

The Legend of Korra :
Book One: Air, Chapter Three: “The Revelation” [watch here]

I watched this episode with my little brother this Saturday. It was a little hard since it was Saturday and there were so many things showing at the same time! Luckily, the commercials were unusually short. What’s also lucky is that actually posts full episodes on their website.

Favorite quote of the episode:

“The morning is evil.” -Korra

There is a load of back story for the brothers this episode. Their parents getting killed, them working for the Triple Threats, working to make ends meet. This makes Korra even more opposite than Mako.

We also meet a new character, Pabu!

Will you look at that. Naga and Pabu are already friends. ♥

There is an interesting statue erected of Fire Lord Zuko with actual fire coming out of his hand. And as in interesting, I mean pretty cool.

I find it really funny how the same police officers that don’t bother to chase lawbreakers very far. Not very good police if you ask me.

The Equalists didn’t make it very hard to find their rally. I guess the only people invited are the ones who could read a map.

Now we come to the rebellion’s leader, Amon. He has the same story as Mako and Bolin except the fact that he lost his face. He has the Chi-bending ability that is only obtainable by the Avatar as well. Wouldn’t that make him a bender? Talk about a hypocrite. I might be wrong though. I’m not that informed about this series.

I don’t know if it’s wrong, but my brother and I can’t stop laughing at the scene where Mako epically throws that chi-blocker into the steam. It’s like he has some super strength or something.

Oh, and I’m pretty sure that industrial level steam is going to burn some people severely.

I made it up for him by loading the MLP:FiM royal wedding episodes on my laptop for him. He’s the biggest Brony I know IRL. Hilarious season finally by the way. From Pinkie Pie’s normal personality to Shining Armor’s awkwardly round head to the kingdom’s 2 leaders being 0 help at all. I still liked watching Korra better.

#200 Start of a New Legend

Posted in Avatar: The Legend of Korra on March 24, 2012 by Lee T

The first 2 episodes of Avatar: Legend of Korra is on

Legend of Korra
Book One, Chapter One: Welcome to Republic City
Book One, Chapter Two: A Leaf in the Wind

Korra mastered 3 elements since she was extremely young living in the Southern Water Tribe. She has been held pretty much captive by the White Lotus by sending all the trainers to live in the South Pole to train Korra.

She is a teenager with this arrogant personality even though she has seen anything past her land of snow and ice. I wonder how she was able to become like that when her parents are so mellow. The White Lotus who have also been taking over her are just jerks. Maybe it’s just her being a teenager rebelling against the blah, boring attitudes of the White Lotus. She is very show-offy, too. Walking through Republic City, she was almost flaunting that she was the Avatar. I guess it’s sort of a princessy attitude since she has been been given everything from the comfort of her home.

Katara’s… still alive. I’m quite surprised. I think it is hilarious when her granddaughter asked the question everybody has been asking: What happened to Zuko’s mother? That conversation was never finished so we might just never know!

Tenzin. Oh, Tenzin. He’s a cranky old man, that’s what he is. Having 3 kids and one on the way makes him a cranky father with too much to handle. He is also a councilman of Republic City! Mr. Serious-Pants is probably going to have some major character development and change in this series.

I wonder if this entire city will take place in Republic City. After I think about it, it really does look like San Francisco bay. Maybe it’s just the Chinese people everywhere. Well according to their world, everybody is Chinese. They do use the term “fresh off the boat” and have small shops here and there. There is also an island in the middle of the bay, but instead of Alcatraz, it’s Air Temple Island where all the Airbenders live… Well just Tenzin and his family. It also reminds me of New York a bit with their one giant park. That was where Korra had her first conversation in the city which was a hobo… living in a bush.

Fighting in the city is extremely different than the previous series where it was usually open spaces. There is way too many small details and squarish lines in the city and really give me a headache when they flash and blur across the screen. I hope they don’t continue fighting in the city scene.

Fabulous two episodes of introduction. I feel like I really understand Korra and will eventually come to like her crazy personality. I will miss Aang’s adventure around the world, though. I have a feeling that fewer people will enjoy this series because it’s centralized around an industrial city which might require knowledge of cities such as this rather than the ancient civilizations of before. The story purpose has also changed drastically to closer to our present-day problems like gangs, business, and grassroots movements. I guess we’ll see how things work out.

It bothers me slightly that the second episode ends with sort of a love scene. Mako sitting on his window sill looking across the bay to Korra who is looking out her window as well. Couldn’t make it more obvious than that.

Hm, I don’t think I can put pictures up for my Korra posts… Part of me really doesn’t want to. Eh, no pictures, no problems. Bye!

#199 Legend of Korra Premiers Tomorrow!

Posted in Avatar: The Legend of Korra, Bleach, Fairy Tail, Naruto on March 23, 2012 by Lee T

There’s absolutely something wrong with me when breaks come around. I just spend all day playing games which is probably unhealthy. I never get anything done and always late when my favorite mangas and animes release. I guess I’ll just review shortly what I think about each chapter… I’ll get back to normal next week when I’m back at school.

Avatar: The Legend of Korra

Did you visit Korranation? They received 100,000 shares and likes and now they will premiere it on this website TOMORROW.

Confession time. I haven’t exactly seen the entire series… Doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy it, right?

Official website here:

Naruto chapter 579 : Brothers, Fight as One!!

Itachi and Sasuke getting along… I never thought I’d see the day. Sasuke showing emotion…? He talks way too much.

The only interesting thing out of this chapter is this Dragon Sage Mode that Kabuto has. Glad to know that there are more Sage Modes in this world. Wish they could go into depth about Sage Modes.

Bleach chapter 485 : Foundation Stones

Bad guys killed a bunch of people. The head captain is still alive (big surprise). And Nel is back. Wait, Nel is back? That is big news! Oh, the fans are happy. Oh, and the bad guys took over Hueco Mundo, but who cares! Nel’s back!  xD

Fairy Tail chapter 276 : Chariot

All dragonslayers having a motion sickness problem makes no sense. Other than for good plot device.

Other than that, Natsu makes good speeches! Sabertooth is going to have a lesson in friendship! Sometime at the end of this arc.

#197 It’s Not Anime, but It’s Still Awesome

Posted in Avatar: The Legend of Korra on March 17, 2012 by Lee T

Hola amigos! No Fairy Tail blog today, but I’ll be talking about something far more interesting.

Avatar: The Last Airbender. Heard of it? You should. Me, as most anime fans, praise the Japanese animation, but overlook the animations already in English! Avatar probably wins by far on the non-Japanese animation. Storyline is touching, the characters are absolutely loveable, and fight scenes… don’t even get me started.

The new season of Avatar is starting! Avatar: Legend of Korra premiers April 14th this year. Save the date!
There seems to be a new website called that states that if the show gets 100,000 likes and shares, the premiere will be unlocked on March 24th. I am really not sure if that means online or on tv, but whatever it is, it sounds worth liking! If you click the Pai Sho board enough times, secrets pop up. I found 2 total.

Korra is from the Southern Water Tribe in what looks like an industrial revolution era. My sister argues that it is more of a New Deal era, though. Their world is very advanced since the last series of the Avatar. Korra’s tribe looks the same as before, but this Republic City is the central of everything. The show synopsis describes Republic City as “the steampunk paradise” which pretty much screams out industrial revolution.

Tolerance between benders seems to have died down seeing that the other main characters includes a firebender Mako and his younger brother Bolin, an earthbender. It looks like there is some sort of sport using all the benders. Korra, the new avatar is some sort of celebrity. There is a problem, though, between the benders and the non-benders.

The antagonist here is a masked man named “Amon”. I think he should be “Anon” for anonymous since his face is covered like that. LOL. He leads an anti-bending revolution with Chi-blockers.

How they know the Chi-bending is a mystery. My sister thinks that the great Lion Turtle is at fault since it taught Aang and could have taught someone else who spread the knowledge. I think it was Aang who taught other people. He was a guy of status. He could have taught it to anyone. There is also the idea that technology and research has advanced enough for the people to discover the ancient art of Chi-bending. The Lion-Turtle did say they were techniques of long ago. *shrugs*

There is a connection from the previous season with Toph’s daugher, Chief Lin Beifong, and Aang’s son, airbender Tenzin. From what Nickelodeon’s website provides, we don’t know anything else about the previous characters. Did Aang really marry Katara? I guess we’ll have to find out.

The animal characters in this series are brand new species. Naga the polar bear-dog is apparently the only tamed one of its kind. Korra is the only one who was able to tame one and put a saddle on. Pabu the fire ferret belongs to Bolin but looks more like a red panda than a ferret.

I’m adding a new category, Avatar: The Legend of Korra for this one! I’m not going to be extremely obsessive over this series. I’m not really good at obsessing over one thing. I will just watch the series and not so much else. Maybe watching the behind-the scenes, which is always really awesome. They study real Chinese martial arts to animate the benders!
